CHAAD exists because hospitality workers deserve more; more safety, more dignity, more joy, and more power in the spaces we help create every day. This newsletter is one way we stay connected outside of work.

We know many of us found each other through Instagram, and while we’re grateful for the connections built there, we also believe our community deserves spaces that aren’t controlled by algorithms, shadow bans, or corporate priorities.

This newsletter is part of building a path to a space we own. A space to organize, share resources, and grow that isn’t dependent on a platform owned by a billionaire.
