Report it.
If you want your voice heard but are afraid of retaliation or other real forms of abuse in this industry reach out and we’ll help you feel heard while supporting your boundaries. What’s reported with be discussed then possibly be shared once enough information is gathered. On the flip side, we recognize a lot of work needs to be done; we also value growth, celebration and sustainability. Please report positive examples of hospitality leaders taking action and doing good work.
