Resource List

This resource list is specific to Chicago, IL, USA, with a few national exceptions noted with an asterisk (*). Report it.

If you have something to share, good or bad, you can come to us.

Whether you’re experiencing harm, witnessing retaliation, or seeing leadership do something right, we want to hear about it. You can speak with us anonymously or share your name. Your safety and boundaries come first.

We’ll listen, help you think through your options, and offer our best recommendations for next steps. Nothing is shared publicly without care and conversation. If a report involves broader patterns, we’ll discuss with you how information may be used once enough context is gathered.

We also believe in growth and accountability. If you’ve seen hospitality leaders taking meaningful action or creating safer workplaces, tell us that too. Celebration matters. Sustainability matters.

Good or bad. Anonymous or not. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Join the movement. Power hospitality workers to demand safer, just, and pleasurable workplaces.
